Excellent service throughout our stay.
Our stay was quite disappointing overall. The hotel was situated at a very high altitude, and without an elevator, it made accessing our room very challenging. The air was thin, and climbing stairs was exhausting.

Stunning views of the lake! ! The staff was incredibly accommodating, helping with altitude sickness and arranging taxis with ease.
The hotel feels outdated and lacks essential amenities, making it feel overpriced for the experience.

I spent 2 nights at Sonesta Posadas del Inca with my family. The lobby felt cozy, filled with friendly faces that brightened my mornings. Watching the grazing animals outside added a lovely charm. Our room had a stunning lake view that made the experience truly special. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was clean with heating and hot water. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast every morning. However, the location was a bit of a trek from the town center, requiring a taxi to get there. One downside was the lack of a lift, making access to upper floors challenging. Dinner was hit or miss. my lamb shank wasn’t great, but others enjoyed their meals. Overall, it was a peaceful stay despite a few hiccups that could be improved.

comfortable stay with stunning views
The hotel provided a comfortable setting with secure facilities. The location took advantage of a stunning lake view across to the city, creating a delightful backdrop. We appreciated the unique feature of an old lake steamer moored right in front of the restaurant, making our dining experience special. The mountain views from the room added an extra layer of beauty to our stay.
